It's interesting how people usually vote against London because it isn't sunny enough, yet those same people will vote for a city that is much cloudier with 220 foggy days per year, vs literally a handful of such days in London.
I voted Bogota accidentally. I forgot to look at the Sunshine hours and record high temp. Is that real? That is far more gloomy than London.
Don't want to talk about the record high.

I'm still leaning toward Bogotá, because it's never chilly (highs always at least in the mid 60s) and the sunshine difference is only 300 hours. But at sunshine hours as low as these cities, 300 hours makes a big difference. Though going by sunshine %, the difference is smaller, as London's sunshine is more concentrated in the summer when the days are very long (why are sunshine hours favored over % in stats? ) Anything under 1900-2000 is too cloudy, IMO. Hard to judge how to take a climate as extreme as Bogotá.

Bogota would be chilly for quite a bit of the day, look how cold it is at night! Strange how people voted for Vancouver over London and said it was 'much' sunnier (though colder in all months), even though Vancouver's sun advantage is less than 300 hours.

But the Vancouver - London is barely 1°C, it's not enough to be much of a factor in judgement; the Bogotá - London difference is much larger. I don't see how London could win in that comparison unless you really hate rain. I missed how chilly Bogotá mornings, but those morning temperatures are typical of September here or mid to late May; both seasons which I find tolerable (though it would warm faster here). Bogotá is warm enough year-around that it's never jacket weather mid-day.

Vancouver is sunny in summer though, where it counts IMO, and London is not.

I voted for Bogota because I thought it's warm. I didn't know it has such gloomy climate because the rest of Colombia is hot and sunny. So, even London has better weather than Bogota, so I should've voted for London.

Vancouver is sunnier (blue skies all summer), but feels somewhat chilly even in the summer (always feels colder than Seattle). Its highest ever temperature is like 33C and rarely reaches 28. For example, this Thursday and Friday, it will be 20C in Seattle and just 14C in Vancouver. Portland is even warmer - it's supposed to reach 24C
