Who in their right mind would choose Bogota, for one thing the nights are always cold, there's no seasonal variation, it rains nearly every day at some point (and a lot more than London) and gets no summer. London's summers are much better and Bogota is also exceptionally cloudy.
Bogota doesn't have a single month that's warm! Every single month is cool, wet and cloudy. Horrible.
london doesnt even have proper summer, just spring like, and the rest is like autumn with cold winds and rain, yuck
