London. It never gets warm in Bogota.

Also those are not the correct averages for Greenwich.

Also, this battle has been done before. London won with 68% of the vote (one of only 3 London victories in climate battles - the others were against La Paz and Warsaw).

Bogota, summers in London are short, cool and unpredictable anyway, at least Bogota is warm year round

Who in their right mind would choose Bogota, for one thing the nights are always cold, there's no seasonal variation, it rains nearly every day at some point (and a lot more than London) and gets no summer. London's summers are much better and Bogota is also exceptionally cloudy.

Bogota doesn't have a single month that's warm! Every single month is cool, wet and cloudy. Horrible.

london doesnt even have proper summer, just spring like, and the rest is like autumn with cold winds and rain, yuck
