3C° to 8C° - The latter is already too high for me, the perfect range would have been between 1 C° and 6C°, anything colder it becomes too excessive and anything warmer the possibility of experiencing real winter weather (snow, freezing nights, fog) is reduced

Are we talking about highs or daily averages? 19/9 C seems to be a good winter average for me.

What kind of range is that? Around here it is between 60's to 80's year round with an average temp somewhere in the low 70's. It is 63 degrees right now where I am sitting and that is kind of cool.
