Barrow without a second thought. Besides the fact that it's cooler than Hawaii, I would be exchanging a BA's winter for a Barrow's summer, which is colder than a BA's winter, so that's a good deal. On the other hand, going to Hawaii would be exchanging my winter for a tropical summer. No thanks.
BTW, it'd be also interesting because I could experience the long daylight of Barrow and I'd get to know Alaska.
Alaska, hands down. Beaches are boring. Give me an opportunity for deep sea fishing, seeing wild animals, enjoying the midnight sun. Maybe catch some fresh salmon, see bears. Moose, elk... Love it.
There's more to see and do in Honolulu. So in reality I'd go with that. However, if there was as much in Barrow to do as there is in Honolulu, I'd visit Barrow. It can even snow there in July.
Honolulu, of course. Summer is the season for warm weather - Canada has long enough winters that I have no desire to extend them even by a few days, especially if those few days fall during the short warm season.
