Spring only seems hotter than summer because the season before it was winter. What's up with people calling dew points in the 60s dry?
60s dewpoint is dry if you have hi of 84-92 and low of 72-76 year round like here

^^ WOW, Even by KY standards that seems excessively dry. Lol.

DP is 48 F today......feels pleasant since temperatures are only in the mid 70s and there's a good breeze. So the piercing sun doesn't feel too bad today.

NWS Louisville:

...gusty winds and low humidity this afternoon...

A dry cold front crossing the area is producing gusty west winds
up to 25 mph. In addition to the gusty winds...relative humidity
values across the area are dropping to around 30 percent. This is
creating dangerous fire weather conditions.

Open burning should be avoided this afternoon.

Inside, around 17-18 C with 27C. Outside, maybe around the same, in a tropical mid/highland in West Java.

Was looking at Summer dewpoints averages...

Hope this year is as tolerable as last year.

Coastal CT & Valley same as central Texas.

Lets not jump ahead too much... Here's this months.. April. That's more like it. Mean of 30s for here.

July 2011 Lexington was the same as central Florida on that map! It's hard to believe the average is under 65. Want those deep reds again.
