I love that 48F in Italy if that's accurate. At 125' elevation I would think it's off?
It's Florence, the dry heat capital, and the data is correct (humidity is 28-30% at the moment there). I've been there various times in summer and it's so hot, like an oven

Southern Italy has a lot of variation at low elevation spots. My guess is airflow is from the west, west coasts are humid, air dries out over the hills and lower dewpoints on the east coasts.
