Forecast gone bad. BDR's dews forecasted to be in the 40s. Been in the 30s and now 20s.

This is nuts for CT in June and Bridgeport is right on the water.

Here's something we don't see often...


Dewpoints at 850mb(5000')


I might have to change the color table. Bit dizzying. I see it's below freezing at the surface and mid levels here. Very dry over Nashville and Pittsburgh


The 850 dew point provides information on the moisture content of the lower atmosphere

Hmm, the dewpoint went from 64F around 1 PM to 73F around 5 PM today. Looks like the wind shifted to the south.

Dew points in the 60's today in Yuma. At 1am the dew point was almost up to 70 degrees! The Gulf of California brings in muggy air to the Yuma and Imperial valley area.
