Dew point was 77 F (25 C) earlier combined with a 91 F (33 C) temperature, leading to a heat index of 105 F (41 C). Right now it's clouded over and there's a big thunderhead in the distance. Currently 84 F (29 C) with a 77 F (25 C) dew point. Still really humid. I think the Gulf Coast of FL is more humid than the Atlantic Coast.

The warmest on record here was 22.8C and that was bad enough, with our dewpoints always being high (relative to temperature). I am not used to heat so if it was ever 27 degrees then i want the dewpoint low as possible. dewpoint of 0-5 degress and no higher.

Wow, some dry pickets in South GA. I've noticed there's been a lot of that recently. I wonder what's causing that.

And whoops, I meant to write the DP is 75 F (24 C) now, not 77 F (25 C). Still humid as ****.

Good catch. That 34 F/1 C has to be an error though.

And wow, quite a contrast indeed! I'm surpsied there's not more storms and instablity along the border. It seem to literally stop being humid around the DC area.

Strangely, the reverse seems true in Central Florida.

Yeah, certainly. I would believe upper 50s dew points, but not near freezing point.
