Dew point of 74 in Fort Worth, couple that with an air temperature of 100 Degrees and the result is a heat index of 112.

Why am I sitting outside past 30 minutes? Someone help, a screw is loose. Sitting and not moving and still not enjoying. Not telling you how humid it is.

6pmEST Dews. Anomalous dip in the jet stream across Eastern U.S sending dry and cool Canadian air down. You don't get these to happen in Summer hence the near record cold temps for some areas coming.

THANK YOU DRY COOL CANADA!

I wonder if a piece of this airmass came from the Arctic as well. Too lazy to back track

Yesterday we had some kind of thunderstom forecast but really there was just some light rain (with big water drops though) for 15 minutes and some thunder in the background.

After that the dp remained around 22c for the rest of the afternoon. Went for a walk, got soaked in about 5 minutes. 22c is pretty much my limit I guess.

Still about 20c this morning. I'm glad I don't need to walk today.
