A ocean-moderated Dfc (My dream climate averages -3.5c in Jan and 10c in Jul, to be exact.)

While I already live in a Cfa climate, I'd prefer to live in one with warmer winters.

I don't know what those letters mean so the climate I would like to live in is Subarctic-Oceanic.

Dfb or Dfc - but only a mild subarctic climate, not something ridiculously cold like Yellowknife. A borderline climate like Tampere is good.
