Winter is horrible.

It's not even winter here yet in Winnipeg, Canada but the decreasing temps and daylight is already makin me cringe.
+1
I like the darkness but HATE HATE HATE cold and snow.

Relentless heat? Exaggerate much, lol.

Your part of NJ does not get relentless heat. You just happen to have a very low heat tolerance. All the upper Midwest is waiting for you to enjoy their delightful winter weather and beautiful colorful winter landscapes. I'll bet you their weather is great for arthritis.

It's nice to see the cheap point-scoring and snide remarks have decided to make a return. What a hovel of a sub-forum this is turning into. Close both of these idiotic threads please - it was bound to lead to trouble eventually. People just can't help but make silly juvenile remarks about the preferences of others - it's an inevitable conclusion.

If you think this is bad, check out the politics forum... I'm amazed that they let those people online! I was posting in the Mars exploration thread and they managed to turn it into a rant about liberals!

That subforum is crap, but you expect it to be crap (if you're a C-D regular). I don't expect this area of the forum to be riddled with pointless arguments about which type of weather people should or shouldn't like, or nasty remarks about what other people like. It's just so utterly pointless and achieves nothing - I really don't see the point at all.

Yup. That forum attracts the most reactionary people I have ever met. You don't even want to look at the gay marriage threads on there.

The Europe vs US thread is hilarious. I'm amazed that there are people out there who actually believe all that ****.

Not to mention turning a Mars exploration thread into a liberal bashing rant because it's the red planet , are these people 3 year olds or something? They seem to have zero understanding of basic science as well.

It's the usual suspects that started the whole "stoopid libruls" thing on there as well. I won't mention names, but you should know who they are by the end of the 1st page, they always resort to such childish posting habits

Haha, that's why I try to stay in weather. Can't imagine all the nuts in politics forum.

Seems most of the liberal badgers are all brainless simpletons.
