Forecasted low is 33 F (1 C).....starts to warm up tomorrow.

Damn! That's my Dream Climates average low in Late Februrary.

Those readings are downright frigid for Mid-Summer. Will frost be widespread tomorrow morning?

Hard Freeze Warning in outlying suburbs, as lows outside the UHI are possible to fall as low as 22 F (-6 C).

Up to the mid-upper 70s tomorrow, so some places might see a diurnal range approaching 60 F (33 C).

My residents have learned not to be morons over the years and actually pay attention to weather forecasts, so no weather is ever a "surprise".

About the same, but halve the wind speed and it would be perfect.

Winds will die down after about midnight, allowing for radiational cooling. Low around freezing in town but low-mid 20s in outlying areas.
