D-. Can't take 8 months of winter and snow. Summers don't make up for it.

B+. Would prefer a bit warmer and longer summers, but I still like its lack of heat.

For me a little better Tampere, Kuopio because of colder winters and warmer summers.Tampere a little bit too mild winter.
Tampere are A-,Kuopio a A climate.

BTW, Kuopio holds the current Finnish record of the 24h mean temp, 28.9C on 29 July 2010, the high being 35.4C and the low 21.3C.

B. Beautiful but too dry in winter. Moreover I can't imagine the number of mosquitoes in the city during summer...
