Doing the touristy thing and going go for a walk on the high line. But first instead I need to find the entrance... The high line is above, but can't see the entrance. Looking at a giant train yard which will have a giant skyscraper complex above it in 5 years:

Cold, windy and drizzly weather dissuaded most tourists. But there were some:

Walked along the reservoir by Central Park. Was deserted for part of the time I was there, maybe the cold rain and wind discouraged people. Found this guy:
