D for me. Dry and cloudy with such cool conditions isn't for me. Still reasonably comfortable all year though.

D ... comfortable climate. No annoying temperatures, unfortunately way too low precipitation but on the other hand good sunshine... but... no winter..

C-. Too cold in spring, summer and autumn. Winter temps are good, lows are good, rainfall is good. Sunshine is dire.
