Seville is warmer in slightly warmer in winter and slightly cooler in summer. I like it better than Las Vegas due to the warmer winter temps and cooler summer temps.

Don't forget that Seville has 70% humidity compared to Las Vegas' 15%. I can guarantee you that summers in Seville are much more brutal than Las Vegas'.

Which orifice have you pulled those numbers out of?
I was wrong. It is about 45% in the summer. Still much higher than Las Vegas. Also, the city of Seville gets really hot because of all the buildings and people. In Las Vegas you will at least have some wind.
