Down to -3 last night! Very cold for mid-spring and temps forecast to be well below average for the rest of the week. Nice and sunny this morning though.
Yeh much better end to the wet season than it looked like being at the start, annual rainfall should be near average in Perth by years end hopefully.
I'm in Brisbane atm, a warm and sunny 28C yesterday. A bit of rain around this morning, though it looks like the city needs it, went to Mt. Coot-tha and surrounding parklands yesterday and looks like the last few months have been very dry.
Good on Perth for the rains - they need it
Shame about you being in QLD during the awful "dry". I've heard more than 60% of the state is now in drought and no rain have fallen in Mount Isa since the 23rd of May
Hilarious to hear the media going on (and on!) about how it's been so dry here since June which is totally false. For my part of the world, June was very wet, July more than half the average, August, quite the exception being awfully dry, and last month (September) above average. Funny how the media chooses to omit some significant values. This month, so far, seems to be wishy-washy with one warm - if you can call it that - day followed by an couple of cold to cool days.
I'm so looking forward to flying to NZ soon - changeable weather with rain/showers and I'm worried that I won't want to came back to this country which has one of the most - atm - crappiest climates in the world
And it won't reach 30C that is a ****en guarantee, but it should no doubt reach 37C in Shitney. And in their inland suburbs, they can expect FOUR days over 30C this week while we get 17-18C cloudy ****ing junk
Wonder how the resident douchebag troll Krappyquatshi is doing? Little Sydney dickhead
Only 21C at midday, forget about that 30C. Absolute ****ing joke how ****ney is getting all the warmth
Time for you to go back onto your anti-psychotic meds mate! :
Friends went to Wellington recently, came back home this evening, told me it was very cloudy, cold, windy and at times wet there. Lucky buggers. They told me the bright sun here hurt their eyes! I'm so envious of NZ having all the lovely changeable weather whilst we, here, get stuck with horrible sunny, dry and cold westerly weather *thumbs down*
I saw that as well. No attribution or detail. Refer Hiromant's post in another thread - actual annual totals, not many years of data but suggestive of a higher average more like the 1407 I quoted.
