For a single event for my current location, I want a bona-fide blizzard lasting for 48 hours straight with extremely high winds and about two feet of total accumulation, piling up in mondo drifts everywhere. After the blizzard passes, I want a week of bitter cold, with maxes going no higher than -10 C, and lows going below -20 C.

I know, not gonna happen around here...

I like dhdh's idea of a swingy winter month. Something like this:

-3/1 snow
-2/2 snow
-1/3 cold rain
4/8 clear
9/13 clear
14/18 clear
19/23 clear
24/28 clear
29/33 clear
33/37 clear
24/28 stormy
...

No more boring prolonged dry patterns with 0% prob of precip in the 7 day extended and most of all no more dreaded summer "death ridge " that bring brutal oppressive heat and blistering sunshine ( 90's or worse temps and no relieving storm chances).

Both are near what I'd not want to happen again in my area, though the first hasn't happened (though close).

I'd love to have a huge snow storm this winter, leaving a record level depth of snow. I'd then love for the snow to last for most of the winter, occasionally being topped up by fresh snowfalls.

A proper winter, basically.

I would want a summer with 7 degree lower highs and with about 1 inch of rain per month to keep things a little green. Also a few thunderstorms.

Either that, or a week of sub-freezing temps with about
a foot of snow. It never snows here so it would be a really unique experience.

a big piece of ice from Antartica or southern glaciars staying in the Rio de La Plata just by the city of BA. The water will get super cold, so will the winds, resulting in the average temp dropping 10c each month.

This is probably not even possible but one can dream
