The first picture looks like the coldest and most wintery of them all. The second last one has barely any snow.

Depend, in highlands of Rio grande do Sul (1000m - 1400m) and Santa Catarina (1200m - 1800m) snow of weak/moderate intensity every year. But, because of the sun, the snow melts generally on the morning.
In specially in this year, snowed three times in the August and the one in july.
