July and August may be just a tad warm and humid (not unbearable though), but otherwise a fantastic climate.

B+, spring is too long and too wet in summer, though temperatures are great. Winters are fantastic, those snow ratios are insane.

C+. Spring arrives too late and it's too cold overall. Cloudy summers must be an issue as well. About 6°C more year-round and a lower diurnal range in winter and it would be ideal temperature-wise. As Crunch41 said, the snow ratios are impressive. No wonder why the OP gave it an A++++++++++++ give his nick!
