Nope. High elevations in the western U.S have diurnal ranges that exceed 30 degrees (C/K) regularly, and sometimes up to 40 degrees.

The notorious Île d'Ouessant could be a good choice.

3.2°C is also the lowest I could find until now. Skrova on the norwegian Lofoten: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skrova#Klima (3.2 C in March)

The island of Utö in the Gulf of Finland has a diurnal range of 2.8C in October and 3.0C in November:



Realized it only when I did this climate box.

nice one, but I just noticed that the german island "Heligoland" has - according to the wikipedia stats - a diurnal range of 2.0C (!) in January... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Helgoland#Climate

The lowest annual diurnal variation in Canada is Triple Island on the north coast of British columbia with an annual diurnal variation of 3.58 degrees. It varies from 3.38 in July to 3.87 in December (a 0.5 degree difference from lowest to highest). This is opposite of most places in British Columbia that tend to vary a lot more in summer than winter (some places vary by more than 20 degrees C in July).

The lowest variation for any month is January at the Race Rocks Lighthouse on the south coast of British Columbia with diurnal variation of 2.86 degrees.

I have a pdf from the FMI where are the normals from the 75 main weather stations. Unfortunately, there's sunshine stats only from a dozen stations.

Puerto Baquerizo Moreno in the Galapagos Islands has an average diurnal range of 3.4C annually as well.
