Barnaul, even though the winters are way too cold. They lack much ice and snow which is good.

St. John's, a bit wet but other than that I love the combination of maritime and continental.

I guess St-John's. Barnaul is too cold in winter and it easily can get too hot in summer. Also its too sunny in summer. St-John's is not perfect too, however. Its too wet and cloudy, and record low is a bit lame.

Barnaul. Continental climate has it's own advantages compared to St John's particularily cold springs.
