Turku. It has great summers, winters and sunshine. The only bad thing is how cold spring and autumn are.

Well, there is something bad about each of them.. Magadan's summers are too cool and winters are slightly too long... they also too dry, but since November is probably pretty snowy, I can tolerate that... Vologda's summers are too warm and winter slightly too short... and winters there are too dry as well. Whitehorse's summers are nearly perfect, but again, winters are too dry. Nanortalik is of course too maritime, winter-mild and summer-cold... I think I'll actually go with Magadan for the snowier November, but that climate definetely features a too long winter, even for me... Hopedale, in Newfoundland & Labrador features a way better climate than all of those at the top. Or another climate, which is situated more or less at 60°N is this beautiful canadian climate: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pleasan...itish_Columbia

Vologda. Turku is great too, but its winter is almost the same as my city, which is a bit warmer than I like. Also, Vologda has a bit warmer summer.

Turku is the best of that lot, and probably as fine a climate as you could hope for at that latitude. Winters are cold and snowy, but you can still safely go out with skin exposed. Summer temperatures are pleasant and sunshine totals are highly respectable from March to September.

All of these are too mild for 60 N but I like Whitehorse out of all of them, Magadan a close 2nd. Bergen is just gross.
