I gave it a C. It's a bit too frosty from April through the summers for my liking. If the average was between 60 and 75 in those months, it'd be perfect.

A super long winter that's not even very cold (and I guess very grey given the non-existent diurnal range), a spring that takes forever to arrive and that happens mostly in july and august, and which sees way too much rain, and back to the same thing again.

And what a rainy climate !

Not cold enough in the winter, horrible summer, this is like the worst of oceanic and northern european climate combined in one place.
