That's surprising since the average high in London during June is only 21C You would think that 20C wouldn't be normal until early or mid June as opposed to late May.

For us 20C becomes the average or higher on May 8th and lasts until October 4th (MDW). My suburb 20C+ begins on May 4th and runs until October 8th.

The average high at Heathrow is above 20C between 30th May and 15th September. The average high on 1st May is only 16C, and the May average is 18C.

I have no data under my hands but my guess would be early may to early / mid october basically. Probably about 5 months a year.

Every month has recorded a 20c high I think. They're very common in April and we almost always have a few in March. Well 20c was our average high for last march, which was substantially above average.

20C could reach at anytime of the year, using data from NOAA it says usually from early March(range: Jan 2~Apr 6) to mid November(range: Oct 14~Dec 27).

We can get 20 C any month of the year but it's pretty rare in the winter. Usually we see our first day above 20 C in late March but not really consistently until mid-April. And usually we usually don't consistently go below 20 C until mid-late October.
