-1.1 C (30 F) at my place this morning. This is the earliest frost I've seen here in the 5 years I've been here.

Unfortunately never. In this dreary maritime climate the lowest mean min (81-10) is 1.0C in February.

Only 3 months in the past 8 years have had an average min below freezing: February 2010 (-0.7), December 2010 (-1.9) and March 2013 (-0.1).

I love frosty mornings in winter. So much better than waking up to cloudy and/or windy mild muck.

I would LOVE to have a winter climate like you guys have over there! Sure beats waking up to 15F temps with a blistering wind and trying to scrape a thick frost off your car windows while your fingers are numb

Maybe some nights in winter from December to February more or less, but not too many. And not far from 0º.

Same here for Harrisburg, though probably slightly more days below freezing

Your list is average date of first frost, I think the OP is asking
for date when the average night time "low" averages 0c .

Toronto (Annex) average November low is 2.3c
Windsor (Airport) average November low is 1.4c
Burlington, ON average November low is 0.7c

Based on that in late nov. Toronto the low temp averages 0c (about nov.27th?)
Windsor alittle earlier, about nov 22nd and Burlington maybe nov. 18th?
