B

Summers are nearly perfect except a bit too cloudy. Winters just need to be 6 degrees warmer to cut away the snow. I'm fine with the excessive precipitation as I like rainforests.

Probably the snowiest subtropical city/town climate in the world. I'll give it a B because it is interesting. But it's definitely not my cup of tea.

B-. I don't like the poor sunshine and I would like a bit cooler temperatures in winter.

I don't know what I was thinking. With 630cm of snow, that's a ghastly amount. If winter was a few degrees warmer even my grade would shoot up but for now I'm going to give it a D.

Climate of Jōetsu? What I can say is that Jōetsu is better than climate of Narva-Jõesuu. And not talking about Vääna-Jõesuu.

F. Abysmal. Probably my least favorite subtropical climate. Horrid amounts of cold rain, too much snow, too humid and rainy in summer, hot nights, stable, very cloudy, humid, and once again way way way way too much cold rain. Only thing saving it from an F- is the April, May, and June and the fact that it gets snow and heat.

Somewhere between a B+ and an A-. Winter highs and lows could be several degrees colder, but other than that, it's perfect.
