How do your own make fictional climates?
I've seen a lot of them around here but how do you make them?

I enter all my daily data into a spreadsheet template I made, and total up the year's/month's data. I actually use the same template for my real weather records as well.



To make wikipedia boxes I go onto a wikipedia article for a place with climate data, click "edit", and it shows something like this (though this is one I copied to my sandbox):



Each field corresponds with each of the cells in the wikipedia climate table. You just fill the numbers in and press save.

So you're just putting the data in yourself instead of using a simulator or something.

If you're geeky enough, you can create your own climat generator. dhdh did it with a spreadsheet:
