Soria mean annual temperature: 11.0°C
New York City mean annual temperature: 12.8°C
Which one is warmer?
erm... NY it's not at the same latitude as Soria.
Actually Soria is more 11.1ºC than 11.0ºC but btw, doesn't matter (the highs are 17.2ºC, the lows 4.9ºC)
New Haven, CT is at a lower latitude than Soria, in front of the ocean, affected by the UHI as being a big city and has an annual average of 11.2ºC. Providence is at the same latitude (in front of the ocean too) and averages 10.8ºC.
So yes, Warszawa was right.
Btw, I give Soria a C.

No, it's more like 11.0ºC but I can't believe you're going to make me quibble over 11.1 vs 11.0?
Speaking of quibbling, NYC is at 40.7° N; Soria is at 41.7° N so basically the same. And NYC is warmer.
Anyway, if you want to talk about New Haven its data are from the airport: no significant urban heat island effect. And it's warmer than Soria so Warszawa was wrong. And now you're wrong too.

How can we be wrong if Providence, RI is exactly at the same latitude and averages 10.8°C while Soria 11.0°C?
I don't get it. and no one from us mentioned NY lol.
B-. Pretty good, but a bit mild, too cold in spring and summer and too wet in winter.
