Still stuck at 8 F. Feels like Northern Europe where temperatures eternally remain the same, night and day in winter.

I guess, good weather for bicycle riding though and other outdoor activities. Don't see much benefit in warmer in the winter, I'd take Malta over Florida or Dubai.

Yes Malta still has defined seasons, even though winters are very mild & frost is non existant. It is warm enough on many days during the winter to be just wearing a T-shirt & because of the very mild minimum temperatures you can grow many tropical plants here... And coming from the UK the winter temperatures do seem warm & it is odd that a certain poster thinks Malta is cold, when he described having 7C the other day as being 'warm'

Anyway, today is a beautiful day, clear blue sky & warm sunshine after a chilly start...
