Saturday and Sunday were mostly sunny, highs in the upper 40s!?!?! COLD for this time of year. Yesterday was cold, in the lower 50s, rainy. Today is mostly sunny, high of 52. Why so cold, dangit??? Should be around 65 degrees or so this time of year. Ugh.

People from Chicago told me that it snowed yesterday there and was only 37 degrees. It's 40 degrees and overcast in Chicago right now. High of 48.
It's partly cloudy and only 52 degrees here. Should be 63 in late April

Daily Weather Forecast for Chicago, IL - weather.com

Steve-O, you're right. Your average temp for today is 64. That kind of surprises me because Chicago is actually warmer then it is here and that's our average temp for the day, too.

We have had a couple of really pretty Spring days, highs in the mid 60's with lows in the upper 30's to low 40's. Unfortunately, this is going to be gone after tommorrow. Sigh. We once again warm back into the 80's.

On the whole though, we have had a wonderful Spring, plenty of rains to turn everything lush and no late frost to kill it. Everything is flowering beautifully and the green color is so vibrant from all the rains.

I'm quite enjoying this weather cause who knows when we will have it so nice again!
