It's a whopping 57 degrees here. The winds are 29 mph gusting to 35 mph. We're supposed to hit 71 degrees today, but it's cloudy and rainy so we'll see. Our average for the day is 78. We have a chance of scattered rain and storms almost every day in the 10 day forecast.

It's funny as the rest of the country heats up, we're cooling down.

The good news is that we're transitioning from a blatant desert pattern to a much more tropical one... and the odds of rain are significantly higher than they were before.

Wow.. last summer we had plenty of flooding to deal with here... certainly no fun.
