Come on up, DX. You really would love it cause you're a cold and snow person.

ILNC, I couldn't get up to Bismarck now even if I wanted to. Too many closed roads. That's WAY up north.

It was kinda funny though cause they interviewed the Mayor and before they did that, they said to be sure to watch cause he wasn't even wearing a cap. The poor meteorologist was struggling with the weather and there stands the Mayor just like it was a normal day. A lot of people are like that up here, but not me.

We had hit 74 mph wind gusts earlier in the evening and the temp was around 30 with a windchill of 5.

It's settling down a bit and the temp is 28/windchill 10/ winds are 48 mph gusting to 69. Still not nice though.

If you guys have a bit of time, they are showing snow pics that people who live in the Hills area sent to them.

I-90 Littered with Abandoned Vehicles

Just wanted to add the link above so I don't keep repeating myself. We have a couple state threads started concerning our storm if anyone is interested.

We've had a gorgeous stretch of weather by Lake Michigan but as that front comes through that's west of us now, temps will drop, rain, sleet and snow! One good thing the unseasonable temps will prevent any of it from sticking (or so they say)!

I'm a major 4 season person so winter doesn't bother me, but I'd prefer to have first measurable snow in Dec. not November!!!

It actually got much warmer than forecast here, which I never would've imagined with the cold winter-like morning. Forecast was for only 22C/72F but it got to 26.7C/80F A full 10C hotter than yesterday's crap.
Was at 4.50pm tuesday, great winter/spring weather!
