I'm afraid so, it's so funny to see people bundle up when it's only 55 or even 60 degrees

A cold front in Texas???? You mean I have to scratch Tx. off my short list? Oh yea, I guess it is a bit warmer there then up here.

It's 29/windchill 18 and the winds have died down to 14 mph. We had sustained winds of at least 46 mph today with gusts to 60. A few drops of COLD rain fell.

That's about the same temp as we have in Orange County, CA this evening at 10:45 pm. The "Santa Ana" offshore winds are blowing in from the desert and the humidity has dropped from the normal 50 to 60 percent down to 15 percent. Way too dry for me, it makes me chug a lot of extra water and my skin feels like a lizard. Even though it's so warm I'll have to close most of the windows and screen door tonight to keep the dust from blowing in and turning the floors into sandpaper tile.
