True dat...but the pipes never froze cause it got too hot!

My Father-In-Law won't leave his house in SD to visit us in the winter for fear of that very issue.

Paka I don't blame your FIL busted water pipes are expensive to fix of course the plumbers charge double rate since it is freezing out. Don't blame the plumbers but it is expensive.

Upper Peninsula -30 is way too cold for me.
