Rate the climate: Cinchona Gardens (warm, temperatures, city, season)

I love finding these interesting highland climates. Cinchona Botanical Gardens is located at 1500 meters in the Blue Mountains of Jamaica. A bit too cloudy/rainy for me.

Way too cloudy and rainy. The yearly temperature range is beautifully comfortable though (it's my ideal range). Too bad it's anemic.

C for having comfortable temperatures, but too dull and wet and needs a warmer season

C+. The summer is too week and sunshine hours are too low. Winters look good.
