Both are very doable for only 10 minutes, even for someone from a year-round mild climate (both temperatures and conditions actually occur in San Diego). Do you mind if I create a similar poll that drastically ups the ante?

I shall do that tomorrow, and it will be only for female weather fans due to the clothing equipments involved

I will post in on the fashion forum. There are plenty of chic's who love bashing me for creating a secondary weather forum. Let me request Adrianna to see my post there.

Just saw your postings there; you so remind me of Raj's character on the Big Bang Theory .

You insulted me badly

I am more outgoing and independent compared to Raj. I don't shy to talk with women, I do so with confidence and do not need to drink before talking. I can stand my own ground and fight my way out as I grew up in the hoods of NYC before moving to Chennai, India and back to Suburban Jersey. I LOVE NFL FOOTBALL AND AM A HUGE FAN OF TOM BRADY AND THE PATRIOTS. I am very different from Raj on several other aspects as well. You would not notice this unless you saw me face to face.

In college, I used to play ultimate frisbee outside at 40 F in a tank top and workout shorts. Sessions could be expected to last an hour or more. These days, though I don't have quite as much reason to do this anymore, I still can. I've cleared snow off of my car in a blowing snowstorm at 15 F in a tank top and workout shorts. I am, in the words of my wife, "the human furnace".

So what's the problem with #1?

In Saskatchewan, we call 49 F "SPRING".

Tonight, it's currently -20 F (-36 F with the windchill). I had to stay outside doing stuff the entire evening but because I was also going indoors frequently, I didn't dress as warmly as I should have. I had on a jacket, a wool coat over that, wool mittens, a fleece toque, corduroy pants and winter boots. VERY insufficient for the weather. Now that's a real dare! My nose and lips started to sting pretty bad near the end of the evening.
PS: one of the places I was going in to take "warm up" breaks is a small insulated building heated to a toasty 38 degrees F.
PPS: It gets even worse than this in December and January.
