I love it. Cool climate and pedestrian friendly go hand in hand. Public transportation seems to be well maintained and a reliable way to get around quickly. I don't have to drive around everywhere while visiting and worry about renting a car to get around town. Its very clean and compact compared to most places in central New Jersey. I also find the British accent on young chic's to be womanly and attractive (Indians in India have appreciated British women for their beauty since 1857 ).
Heh, what a random place to have as someone's favourite British city! These English "Rate the Climates" seem boring, given that few places are that different to anywhere else in the country. I'll go with a C.

Surely Edinburgh, Brighton, Newcastle or Bristol is better than Nottingham. Its like an anti climax.
"Where are you going on holiday" "Oh I'm going to Nottingham" Haha

English countryside to me is generic or less its a mountainous forested area like the peak district.
