With the resulting dew point it would not be humid enough. This is a perfect summer month:

They're not really rainy days. They're warm sunny summer days with a brief thunderstorm at 4PM every day. Usually no more than 1/2 hour... not like seattle where it rains all day.

That is 1/2 hour too long. Maybe a couple of times per month for 1/2 each time, but nearly every single day is ridiculous.
