Climate battle: Two Rivers vs Rockland (snow, precipitation, East, winters)

I find it interesting that Two Rivers's temps are nearly the same as Rockland. The only significant difference between them is precipitation.

I choose Rockland for the snowier winters.

Rockland is milder, that's better; especially in winter with those low ranges and the milder summers. It rains and snows a bit too much, but having a mild-ish September and more frequent mild breaks in winter should be better.
