Would have to be something like:

Jan: -24/-13
Feb: -22/-12
Mar: -12/-1
Apr: -6/6

Aug: 10/23

Nov: -15/-4
Dec: -20/-6

Ulan-Ude - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia .. not subarctic, but knock off just 1-2C from its daily average in May and it would be. July daily mean temp of 20C. Average high in July is 80F.

Right now I'm agreeing with you big time, you can add Chicago and Toronto,

That's strictly above 10C, more like 15 to 16C (depending on the calculation of daily mean)...so 4 months, not the prerequisite 1 to 3 for subarctic
