Mild climate lovers want those climates that have average highs of 20-26'C year round.
Like San Diego, Arica or Arequipa, or my favorite pick: Eldoret, Keyna

They seem more like warm climates. I think of mild climates as being climates at the warmer end of the cool spectrum.

I think of "mild climate lover" as meaning those who want a comfortable climate throughout the year. Mild as in not chilly and not hot.

Brisbane is one of my favourite climates in the world

I don't see how Dublin could be considered mild, though; to me it's cool to cold year round.

Some people acclimated to colder climate may find anything above 20°C(68°F) is a bit too warm while Dublin's range seems fairly comfortable being much more ideal in their standard.

I think Essaouira, Morocco is one of the mildest climates in the world.

It probably feels chilly. Very exposed, so relentless wind and temperatures around 60 degrees for most of the day.

Like I said in the last page, I don't know any climate more pleasurable to live as El Hierro, Canary Islands (specially because I don't like rain):

Yes you're true, for me Essaouira is not mild, it's mild for it's temperatures, but it's full of wind and 3 months have minimums under 12ºC, while 5 months under 19ºC (66,2F). That's chilly.

The summers are also too chilly in my opinion. The warmest month, September, has just a maximum of 22ºC in Essaouira...

Look at Hierro, it's windy yes, but the lows in the coldest month, February, are 16.4ºC (61,5F) while the highs are 20.8ºC (69,4F). Now that's really mild for me. And summers are warmish but not hot.

For me mild can extend all the way up to like 90f if the humidity is low enough. High 80s+30% humidity feels like absolute heaven

Western Europe in general, or anywhere West of the Rockys in the US. New Zealand's also a good bet.
