This is the largest port city in Romania located on the Black Sea.
Summers are pretty warm, though rarely really hot and the sea temperatures are very pleasant
with about 23 to 27°C, this in combination with plenty of sunshine and low rainfall.
Quite like some spots of the mediterranean sea.

Winter is milder than most of Romania, though it gets a winter with little snowfall and looking at the record lows it does seem to go below -20°C on occassion.

How would you rate it?

I would rate it a C, its too dry overall, however i like those large amounts of sunshine in the summer.
Winter could also be a few degrees colder.

Constan

The summers have nice temperatures, and the sunshine is good, but the winters are neither here nor there, and it's way too dry. C

D+ for the nice summers.

The cold winters winters ruin it though.

Utter rubbish. Too cool in every month and the aridity is a nightmare.

E rounded to F for the poll.

E. Winters too cold.. Since there is no E option, I'll rate it D since it averages above freezing all winter and doesn't get much snowfall overall...

B-. A tad too warm in summer given the relatively mild winters, and gets marked off further for being too dry; it's actually semi-arid.

C. Too hot. Winters are disappointing for the low snowfall but summer looks pleasant given that Turkey is just to the south.
