I prefer Oklahoma City climate for the good rainfall pattern, the very good sunshine hours, the hot summer, the beautiful varied weather, the beautiful thunderstorms...
Oklahoma City has a perfect climate in my opinion, this is probably the best climate in the world for me (a very good weather varieties, hot summer, beautiful and awesome weather phenomena etc...).
Oklahoma City has a very good four distinct seasons climate.

I could have sworn this exact same thread was done, but when I searched the forum, no, it was other cities being paired against Brest. Anyway, I'd much prefer OKC's winters, and Brest's summers. Tough call, but OKC just isn't wintery enough for me to choose it along with its awful summers. So Brest it is for me.
If the standard deviation was lower in winter in OKC, I would choose it for being overall warmer. As it is now, OKC winters are just too bipolar for me and of course too many tornadoes. So, Brest wins this one by a small margin.
I am fascinated by tornadoes as well. I'd love to go chasing out there sometime. Investing my life savings in a house that's in the path of them? Ehh not quite so fascinating.
