Default Three Inches of Snow Today

Sounds like winter's hitting most of the country today.

We have 3 inches of snow. Looks really pretty from my office window. I didn't think it looked so pretty when I was driving in it earlier today.

They're letting schools out early because the bulk of the storm is going to hit this afternoon. The roads are slippery--it would actually be safer if we had the heavy stuff that hit Chicago. This lightweight stuff just makes it slippery.

What's it like in your neighborhood today?

Oh no, snow??? It's not too bad here. We have a chance of snow for about half the days in the 7 day forecast. But luckily, it's only a 30% chance or a 50% chance. Maybe it'll stay away??? It's kind of chilly though. Right now it's 8 degrees with a windchill of -4.

Had 8" Saturday, over 5" yesterday, more to come tomorrow and now they're forecasting a significant one for Sat! Temp is -2, so snow will be around awhile. West-central Minnesota.

We got a few inches last night too. Everything looks lovely and I felt like I was in a snow globe as I walked home from the train last night.

It didn't affect anything for me though, I just wore snowboots instead of my usual shoes during my commute (there were no delays with transportation either).

We could get 1-2 inches of snow in eastern Kansas tommorrow. It looks like many areas of the country are finally seeing some decent amounts of snow.

We got 4in or so last night and 7in the day before in the Catskills, were almost 3000 feet so if it snows we get the best of lol. So I've been busy plowing us out - not so bad. Part of the deal this time of year Hey Ski the Catskills I think it is going to be a great year - Of course I know the best place - Plattekill
