What a horrible choice. Both are icy hells, but I'll go with Vorkuta due to the summers being slightly better.

Now time for a few hot summer climates.

This is too easy, Tillamook off course. Snow is very rare here which is what matters.

Now for a South American battle.

Concepción looks similar to Northern Spain but with drier summers, which is great! Esquel has its pros, but summer nights are too cool.

The "how long is gordo ready to go to decimate the snow by half" battle

Well at first Seneca didn't look too bad compared to Moncton but then I looked at the lows. After thinking I still go with Seneca due to less snow and warmer days.

Now for a Asian battle.

Figueria da Foz is pleasant and an outdoor csb climate year round, whereas Qinhuangdao (I mean who makes them names up over there ) looks to combine the worst of monsoon summers with far too dry winters.

Snowy vs dry ultra-cold maritime-influenced subarctic climates.
