Alexandra, New Zealand - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It's a little continental for being in the southern emisphere, what do you think? Do you like it?

That sounds like a proper four seasons climate temperature wise. Winter could be still somewhat colder and
does anyone know how often they get snow in winter?
Precipitation looks pretty dry during winter and looks like morning frosts seem to much more common than snowfalls.

C for me. Too dry.

Usually only get light snowfalls there (1-2 inches), but they can hang around for a while.

Last year in early May there was about 10 inches, which is a big fall for there.

In that case, i rate it a B-, the "-" because it is quite a dry place.

D+. Crap sunshine, cold overcast winters and while the summer highs are good for NZ standards, it's too cold at night. 7 months a year under 5C? No thanks! Also for somewhere that gets only 360mm of rain a year, that level of cloudiness is inexcusable.
