Noticeable differences in highs today between Aegean islands and Ionian islands.
In Aegean Sea:
Limnos: 31,2 C
Naxos: 26,2 C

In Ionian Sea:
Corfu: 39 C
Zakinthos 38,6 C

In Aegean Sea and regions in East country that affected from Aegean often blow in summer strong NE winds that keep temperature lower than other regions with low humidity so temperatures are very comfortable and pleasant as you see. Today we had a heat wave so look how different are the conditions east of Pindus and west of Pindus.

Pure rubbish. The average high for that forecast is just 21.7c, almost 3c below average for late July.

It stinks sometimes to be below average for days on end. I guess take solace in that it is happening in the warmer time of year and not winter. I know next winter I am really in for it, and you guys will again have a very mild winter with those stupid SST in the Pacific.

I've given up on even getting a remotely short summer.

I don't know what is happening this year.

Er? The Pacific is on the other side of the world, I am right next to the Atlantic and it is as much as 5c below average.

The trend this summer has been for the jet to go south so if it's already at France it will go even further south due to the Greenland high.

Nice try but your wind ups aren't working dear.
He's not winding you up, it is all linked. Similar scenarios in the past have seen very mild winters in the UK. I guess you should just accept yet another mild winter with no snow...

Every single winter of my 19 years of life has had more than one full day of lying snow. It is impossible to go through a winter without snow here.
