Has it snowed already in Helsinki and other main Finnish, Swedish and Norwegian cities? I would be surprised if a place like Tromso hadn't seen a snowflake yet
It snowed yesterday here. Not much really stuck, some scattered white flakes on the grass. No snow in Helsinki, Stockholm and Oslo.
I think there may have been a little sleet in Amsterdam this weekend, but I'm not sure if wunderground is accurate outside of the US.

Today it is cloudy and there will be showers for locally with wet snow and the sea with possible thunderstorms. Tonight eliminate most showers and clears it broadly. The ceilings are around 5 degrees. Over land, the winds west to northwest and generally poor. First ice day of the season yesterday. Also the record low so far was set at -7.5C. Interestingly it was our 5th freeze of the month and the 11th ice day of the year.
