June looks like it'll be the cloudiest on record, only 4 years after June 2012 (118.5 hrs) smashed the previous record set in 1990 (132.5 hrs).

24 of the last 30 summer months have seen below average sunshine. When will the madness end?

June is arguably the nicest month in NYC, along with September and October

Spain(and Europe) reached 40ºC for the first time yesterday

Less hot today, but Málaga is still 28ºC at midnight

He makes it sound like last summer was some sort of cold washout, which it wasn't. It was statistically very average - and we only had slightly above average rainfall because we had about 5 thunderstorms on one day in August.

Seriously, it wasn't a bad summer relative to average.

This spring hasn't been warm or dry either, March and April were both colder than normal. 2012 wasn't a warm spring either - April was very cold and May was cool

Isn't Mark Vogan like EverBlack's dad or something? He seems to hate everything that is outside 9-19C?
